Homes Medical offers online consultation services, including courier delivery of medications, providing a convenient medical option for those with busy schedules or difficulty going out. As identity verification is required, patients must present their identification card during online consultations.

1. Appointment Booking

Send a WhatsApp message to 9523 8318 or call clinic at 2368 7818 to schedule an appointment.

Patients need to fill in their personal information for registration and medical record purposes.

2. Registration and Registration Confirmation

After booking, the doctor will call via WhatsApp video or phone at the scheduled time.

Please note that actual consultation times may vary slightly depending on clinic circumstances. If you do not receive a call or message within 30 minutes of your scheduled time, please contact the clinic via WhatsApp or phone for inquiries.

3. Payment and Transfer

After the consultation and prescription, the clinic will send the bill and payment details to the patient.

Payments can be made via FPS (Faster Payment System) or ALIPAYHK, and transfer records should be sent to the clinic for confirmation

4. Courier Delivery / In-Clinic Pickup

Once payment is confirmed, you can choose from the following three options to receive your medication (shipping costs depend on the courier company):

  • Lalamove: Delivery within 2-3 hours after consultation; higher delivery fee.
  • SF Express: Delivery within 1-2 days; lower delivery fee.
  • In-clinic pickup.

Online Consultation Fees

Consultation fee: HKD 500 (includes medication for 3 days)
Delivery fee: depends on courier company

Since online consultations do not accept medical cards, patients are encouraged to pay upfront and seek reimbursement later. The reimbursement amount should be confirmed with the insurance company.
